When shopping for your new fairing set, you are often confronted with a bundle of information that is difficult to decipher. Here at ABS Fairings, we keep it simple. We can assure you will be impressed by our friendly staff and hassle free business model.

For addresses in the Continental USA, the shipping service will be either FedEx or UPS Delivered in 1-7 Business Days.

Shipping Couriers

Holidays, Factory Maintenance and High Season

The paint shop closes for maintenance and Holidays throughout the year. *Any orders placed during the High Season of February, March, and April are subject to an additional week added on to our standard 7 to 11 business day prep and paint timeline.* Shipping companies may also have a delay due to the holiday seasons and environmental conditions. After completion, you can expect your fairings to normally arrive within 9-15 business days with Standard Shipping and 6-8 business days with Express Shipping from the shipment date. Our fairings are shipped directly from our factory, which is located in Shenzhen, China.

For addresses in the USA, the shipping service will be USPS Express Mail International.
For Canada, your package will be delivered via Canada Post.
For UK addresses the shipping service will be Royal Mail.
For Australia addresses the service used will be Australia Post.
All other locations will be serviced via EMS Express.

* All of our packages require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking Information

After your order has shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number and information. Every fairing set will have a tracking number. You can also login to your account at any time to check the current status or review your order information.

ABS Fairings does not own, nor does it control shipping company’s processes; therefore, ABS Fairings is not responsible for shipping company issues, including but not limited to, delays, loss, theft or damage. ABS Fairings provides tracking information to our customers for the purpose of the customer tracking their own package, and contacting the shipping company when an issue arises with their delivery or they suspect an issue has occurred, including but not limited to, fraud, theft, or damage to the package. ABS Fairing customers are required to track the package and make themselves available for the shipping companies delivery. ABS Fairing customers are required to make arrangements with the shipping companies if a delivery is missed. If an ABS Fairing customer’s tracking number is posted Delivered and the customer did not receive the package, ABS Fairing customers are required to immediately contact the shipping company and the police. ABS Fairings customers must contact ABS Fairings with your shipping companies report and police’s report case numbers. ABS Fairings customers surrender their chargeback process rights if they do not take the responsibility to work with all parties mentioned. Once your order leaves the factory and is en route to your home, we are entrusting the shipping company with providing the best shipment service to our customers. Unfortunately, issues do occur from time to time and we completely understand your frustration. Please note we see the same tracking information as the customer does; therefore, we are unable to provide any additional information or insight on your order’s whereabouts. International Custom Taxes

Customs (Taxes, if required) – Buyer’s responsibility. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Support ticket parts and any accessories purchased may be shipped in separate packages. All packages may be subject to custom taxes imposed by the country of shipment destination. is not responsible for payment of said taxes.

Some sanctions are more restrictive than others, and apply to the whole country, while others are specifically target certain individuals or entities within a country. Currently, sanctioned countries include the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe. Unclaimed Shipment

Customer is responsible for tracking and signing for fairing kit shipment. If unclaimed and returned to sender, customer will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please track your fairings and make arrangements for someone to be present to accept your package to avoid extra shipping charges. *All of our packages require a signature upon delivery.


Please inspect bodywork within 48 hours of signing for your delivery. We try to package the bodywork as best as we can but from time to time parts do get damaged. If you receive a damaged part please take pictures of the damage and open a support ticket at:

APO/FPO Addresses

We currently ship to all APO and FPO military addresses for $59.00. Please be advised that shipping can sometimes delayed with APO shipping addresses.

PO Boxes

We are currently unable to ship complete fairing kits to PO Boxes. ABS Fairings requires a signature at time of delivery. If a PO Box is entered during checkout, you will be contacted for an alternate shipping address. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Different Billing and Shipping Address

Any customer that has a different Shipment Address than their Payment address will be required to send ABS Fairings a copy of the payment individual’s ID before fairing kit is shipped. Please just take a quick picture of the ID and email it to [email protected] Once we receive the paying customer’s ID, we will send confirmation.

Change of Shipping Address From Billing Address

Any customer that wants to change their shipping address will be required to send ABS Fairings a copy of the Payment individual’s ID and a signed letter requesting the address change before the address update will be complete. Please just take a quick picture of the ID and letter and email it to [email protected]. Once we receive the paying customer’s ID and letter, we will send confirmation.

PayPal Payments: Please review and ensure that the shipping address in PayPal is updated and correct before making payment on your invoice or website order. Your order will be shipped to the PayPal Verified address on your invoice payment receipt. We are unable to make changes once the payment has been made.


We are a “Hassle-Free” company, and our offices are located in Port Charlotte, FL. This is where all of our custom orders, returns, replacements, repairs, and customer service is handled. A return request, by email, must occur within 5 business days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the monetary cost of return shipping to our Florida offices, and will receive a full refund less Express Shipping (if applicable), merchant fees, and a $100.00 restocking fee for your full fairing kit order. These terms will apply, as long as the ABS Fairings Management Team deems the item is Uninstalled and Undamaged upon inspection. ABS Fairings will not accept returns after 5 days of the date of delivery.

ABS Fairings has a lot of experience painting fairing kits over the past 10 years. However, we do not guarantee a color and design match. Most customers say the color is very similar motorcycle industry colors and do not notice a difference. We do not use traditional paint codes, nor do we guarantee that our custom mixed colors can be color matched by a paint shop not associated with ABS Fairings.

All special order items and ready to ship items will be charged a 15% restocking fee upon return.

ABS Fairings LLC does sell individual parts, but do not guarantee a perfect color match. Individual parts are not returnable. ABS Fairings, LLC does sell unpainted fairing kits made from 100% ABS plastic molded to OEM specifications to allow for precision fitment. Please note, we suggest you test fit the parts before painting them to verify fitment.

The RETURNS policy does not apply to damaged parts. We have a warranty policy in place. (Please read below) If any order is subject to shipping damage, we have a warranty department, that can help in the process of part replacements.

Standard Design Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order prior to “In The Paint Booth” status will be issued a full refund minus merchant and processing fees.

Cancellation of order within 48 hours of “In The Paint Booth” status will be issued a refund minus merchant and processing fees, and a $40.00 restocking fee.

Cancellation of order after 48 hours of “In The Paint Booth” status will be issued a refund minus merchant and processing fees, and a $100.00 restocking fee.

Cancellation of order in the “Awaiting Confirmation” status will be issued a refund minus merchant fees, processing fees, and a $100.00 restocking fee.

No cancellation of order allowed once fairing kit is in the “Ok To Ship” status.

Custom Design Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order prior to “In The Paint Booth” status will be issued a full refund minus merchant and processing fees.

Cancellation of order within 48 hours of “in The Paint Booth” status will be issued a refund minus merchant and processing fees, and an $80.00 repainting fee.

Cancellation of order after 48 hours of “in The Paint Booth” status will be issued a refund minus merchant and processing fees, and an $150.00 restocking fee.

Cancellation of order in “Awaiting Confirmation” Status will be issued a refund minus merchant fees, processing fees, and a $150.00 restocking fee.

Cancellation of any fairing kit with personal names, numbers, and or quotes will be issued a refund minus $100.00-200.00 based on the size and complexity of the design/decal.

No cancellation of order is allowed once the fairing kit is in “Ok To Ship” status. Note, our confirmation photo process is a courtesy to our customers because we care. The “Ok To Ship” is not required in any way and we can ship without it.

Personalized Custom Design Cancellation/Return Policy

Fairing orders have been customized specifically for an individual customer cannot be cancelled or returned as these are created for a specific that specific individual.

Customer Comments

We welcome customer comments about our website and its products. However, any comments, notes, emails, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively “Comments”) sent to our website and email shall be and remain the exclusive property of

For this reason, we ask that the customer not send us any comments that the customer does not with to assign us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials, such as stories, product ideas, computer code, and original artwork.

Shipping Damage, Defects, and Missing Parts

A support ticket must be opened within 2 days of receiving kit. Photos and description of damage must be included in the support ticket initiate replacement parts. Any support ticket or claim after the 2 day limit will not be approved for warranty replacement. Do no install the kit if there is an issue! Warranty is voided if fairing kit has been installed prior to warranty claim resolution. Free items are not covered by warranty.

Fitment Issues

ABS Fairings guarantees 100% fitment. If there is a fitment issue, please open a support ticket within 5 days of receiving and installation attempt. Photos and description of issue must be included in the support ticket to initiate the warranty. Any issue reported after 5 days will not be accepted.

Melting and Fading

A Support Ticket must be opened within 30 days of receiving kit. Photos and description of damage must be included in the support ticket to initiate the claim process. Any issue reported after 30 days will not be accepted.

Warranty Disclaimers

All warranties and liabilities of products are null and void if improper installation, improper use, any modifications and abuse of products occur. Warranties are honored and limited to ORIGINAL PURCHASER of products ONLY. Doesn’t include free items.
Our warranty doesn’t cover any Shipping, Labor, or Storage Costs, and doesn’t cover Painting Costs for our Unpainted Kits.

All of our products are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This does not cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces, discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the part, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any part that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified. Before sending a new replacement part to you, we must receive the original, defective part back first. We do not refund shipping fees. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any product under warranty. Products issues must be reported to us by filling out an ABS Fairings Support Ticket.

Core Moto Performance

Custom Aftermarket Brake Line Kits: Returns of products will be accepted for return provided a return authorization is obtained within ten (10) days of receipt of product. If product’s packaging is opened and cannot be resealed, no return will be accepted. If a return is authorized but is caused by customer error or without defect a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged. Custom, special order, handmade components will not be accepted for return. Order cancellations, only if applicable will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Otherwise order Cancellations will be treated as a return. In no case will we refund the paid shipping cost on any return that is NOT due to a defective item upon receipt. No returns will be authorized due to back order status or shipping delay. We will also not issue a refund for refused packages, undelivered or lost packages due to the customer not being present. Products issues must be reported to us by filling out an ABS Fairings Support Ticket.

Langbros Leather Suits

One year warranty: applies to zippers, buttons, stitches and leather panels. Warranty does not apply in the case of a crash. If you have an issue please take pictures of the damage and open a support ticket at: Some possible outcomes: (1) customer pays for shipping to us, we will repair the damage under warranty and pay return shipping (2) customer pays for the repair at their local tailor shop and we will provide the replacement material/parts for the repair and pay a percent of the labor charges.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Payments and Processes of Invoices

ABS Fairings has the sole discretion to provide the terms of payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by ABS-FAIRINGS prior to the latter’s acceptance of an order. Unless credit term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by credit card, PayPal or wire transfers. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. An order may be invoice separately. Site has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders. Site is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by said Site and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES are highly monitored on our site and if fraud is detected we shall resort all remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold and offered in our website (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchant-ability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of ABS Fairings inc. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Failure to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall not be deemed a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that the we may have, nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the terms, conditions or covenants hereof, which terms, conditions and covenants shall continue to be in full force and effect.
No waiver by either party of any breach of any provision hereof shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or prior breach of the same or any other provision.


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of USA and The Netherlands, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.

The entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof is embodied on this agreement and no other agreement relative hereto shall bind either party herein.

Your rights of whatever nature cannot be assigned nor transferred to anybody, and any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to us. However, we may assign this Agreement to any person at any time without notice.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
