ABS Fairing Team representatives are available by phone, email, and chat Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
1.1 Processing Estimated times:
Presently, the completion of surface prepping and painting for a standard fairing kit design is estimated at 2 to 3 weeks. Please note: Additional time may be needed for Custom/New Designs, Complex Designs, Additional/Optional Parts, and Special Decals.
***Please note that our Paint shop will be closed from January 9th – February 4th 2023, in observance of the Chinese New Year and annual paint shop maintenance.***
1.2 Shipping Estimated Times:
1.2.1 Standard and Custom full fairing kit orders within the Continental United States automatically ship with Standard Free Sea Shipping is estimated at about 4-6 Weeks.
1.2.2 Standard and Custom full fairing kit orders within the Continental United States may have Optional Express Shipping available. Once your order is received, we will confirm your address and box size with your options. Our team will then email you with additional shipping options available at that time, including price. For example, Express Air Shipping, estimated at 1-2 Weeks. Prices vary based on the box size and shipping address. Or just contact us with your items wanted and shipping address for an express shipping quote.
1.2.3 Hawaii and Alaska Standard and Custom full fairing kit orders please contact us. Or once your order is received, we will confirm your address and box size with your options. Our team will then email you with shipping options available at that time, including price. For example orders to Hawaii and Alaska typically incur an additional shipping charge of $100.00-$200.00 estimated at 2-3 weeks. Prices vary based on the box size and shipping address.
1.2.4 International shipping Standard and Custom full fairing kit orders , please contact us with your shipping address for your shipping estimated timelines. Or once your order is received, we will confirm your address and box size with your options. Our team will then email you with shipping options available at that time, including price. For example, standard and custom full fairing kit orders to Canada are estimated at 3 to 6 weeks of oversized air. Prices vary based on the box size and shipping address.
1.2.5 Fiberglass Racing full fairing kits orders within the Continental United States are estimated at 4-6 Weeks. All other locations are estimated at 3 -6 weeks with oversized air. Optional Express Shipping, once your order is received, we will confirm your address and box size with options. Our team will then email you with additional shipping options available, including price. Prices vary based on the box size and shipping address. Or just contact us with your items wanted and shipping address for an express shipping quote.
