Fiberglass Racing Set for Suzuki GSXR 600/750 motorcycles.

Upgrade your track setup with DanO’s Fiberglass Racing Fairing Kit, designed specifically for Suzuki GSXR 600/750 models from 2004 to 2005. Built for racers and track-day riders, this lightweight fiberglass kit features Kevlar-reinforced stress points for added durability and performance.

The fairings come in a smooth white gel-coat finish, or primer-painted, ready for prep and paint. Please note that parts will require drilling and may require trimming. We recommend a complete install before painting. Some parts may require sanding and minor repairs. Professional fitting and installation are recommended for the best results.

If you choose to have our team paint your fairings, the installation of a painted fiberglass kit will require experience and precision to avoid damaging the finished surfaces during fitment.

The Windscreen is an option to replace a worn/damaged windscreen with a new windscreen offered in a variety of colors. This part is designed to replace the OEM Style windscreen.

*Tank Cover

A Fiberglass full tank cover designed to fit over your OEM fuel tank.

*Front Fender

A Fiberglass front fender designed to fit in place of your OEM front fender.

*Tail Fairing

A choice for which tail fairing you would like inlcuded with your order.

*Foam Seat Pad

A foam seat pad designed to stick to your “Race Tail” fairing.

*Tank Pad

A tank pad is a simple sticker for the fuel tank or full tank cover of your motorcycle, it offers some protection from wear and tear of constant contact from the rider. It Is offered in a carbon fiber style design suited to fit in with most designs.

*Heat Shield Material

The heat shield material is an essential part for your new fairings to protect against the heat generated from the exhaust system.

*Extra Clearcoat

We use automotive grade clearcoat paint with a flex agent additive. We carefully apply about three generous coats to ensure adequate protection and a brilliant shine. (about two thin coats on Matte Finishes) If you want additional clearcoat added to your kit, please choose this option.

*Keychain

A custom embroidered ABS Fairings keychain featuring our logo and web address. Made from durable fabric with a stitched finish, this keychain is built to last while adding a clean touch to your keys. Lightweight and easy to carry, it’s the perfect accessory to show your support for ABS Fairings both on and off the bike.
